Lumeyr is a nutraceutical containing safe ingredients in appropriate doses regulated by health organizations and several clinical studies.
We do not recommend taking Lumeyr during pregnancy and breastfeeding because it contains two ingredients (Saw Palmetto and Ashwagandha) that, although excellent, do not have sufficient clinical studies in pregnant women to fully recommend it. In cases of breastfeeding, we recommend starting treatment once the breastfeeding period has ended.

You can take Lumeyr once a day, after a meal. You can take it straight or mixed with water, juice, or yogurt. We recommend using it for at least 6 months for best results. You can take a 2-day break between each pack, and if you want to take a break, we recommend taking it for 1 month after 6 months of use.
Don't worry! You can simply take your next vial as normal. We don't recommend taking more than one vial per day.
