Editorial Standards & Medical Disclaimer
How we create our content
Every guide on the Lumeyr blog is produced by our editorial team following a fixed research process: we start from peer-reviewed literature (PubMed-indexed studies, systematic reviews and clinical trials), cross-check dosages and safety information against official UK guidance, and update articles when new evidence emerges. Where evidence is limited or mixed, we say so plainly.
Our sourcing policy
- Health claims are linked to their primary sources wherever possible.
- We distinguish clearly between what clinical research shows and what is anecdotal or traditional use.
- Articles about ingredients disclose both benefits and limitations, including who should not take them.
Products and independence
Lumeyr manufactures and sells hair wellness products. When an article mentions our own products, that relationship is inherent and visible — we link to the product so you can evaluate it yourself. Our educational content is written to be useful on its own, whether or not you ever buy from us.
