What's behind
every gummy.

What's in Lumeyr Hair Skin & Nails, what each nutrient does and what it doesn't,
without promising more than the label can.

The problem with thinning hair

Hair that sheds more, breaks easily or just looks thinner is common, and there's rarely one single cause.

Sometimes it's nutrition. A diet that falls short on certain vitamins and minerals can show up in your hair, skin and nails.

Sometimes it's life. Stress, a demanding few months or the months after having a baby can all go hand in hand with extra shedding. If it's sudden, patchy or doesn't settle, see your GP or a dermatologist.

That's why we made a daily gummy: biotin, zinc and key vitamins that support hair, skin and nails, in a format you'll actually keep taking.

Three nutrient groups working together

Hair, skin and nails don't run on one nutrient alone. That's why our formula doesn't stop at biotin.

01

Biotin, 5,000 mcg

Contributes to the maintenance of normal hair and normal skin. It's the best-known hair nutrient, and every 2-gummy serving carries a full 5,000 mcg.

02

Zinc and iodine

Zinc (2.7 mg) contributes to the maintenance of normal hair, normal nails and normal skin. Iodine (42 mcg) contributes to the maintenance of normal skin.

03

Vitamins A, C, D, E and B6

Vitamin A contributes to the maintenance of normal skin. Vitamin C contributes to normal collagen formation for the normal function of skin. Vitamin E contributes to the protection of cells from oxidative stress. Folate, pantothenic acid, choline and inositol complete the formula.

Every dose is printed on the label, so you always know exactly what you're taking, and why.

Every gummy
answers 3 questions

We built our formula around three simple questions. If the answer to any of them were no, it wouldn't be in the bottle.

That's why every bottle:

  • Lists every dose on the label
  • Is vegan: pectin-based, no gelatin
  • Is clear about what it does and what it doesn't
  • Comes with a 30-day money-back guarantee
  • Ships free to the UK
Is it transparent? Every dose is printed on the label.

Why Doesn't
Everyone Go
Beyond Biotin?

If hair, skin and nails rely on more than one nutrient, why do so many hair gummies lead with biotin alone?

Formulating Lumeyr gummies in the lab
01

One Hero Is Easier to Sell

A single headline ingredient is simple to put on a label. A fuller formula takes more explaining, so many brands keep it short.

02

It costs more

Every extra vitamin and mineral adds cost to each bottle. In a market that competes on price, that matters.

03

Biotin isn't the whole story

Biotin contributes to the maintenance of normal hair and skin. Zinc does the same for hair, nails and skin, and vitamins A and C play their part in normal skin. That's why we put them in the same gummy.

We chose the fuller formula
because it's the one we'd take.

Will the gummies make my hair grow?
We can't promise that, and nobody honestly can. Biotin and zinc contribute to the maintenance of normal hair. Results build over 60–90 days of daily use and vary from person to person.
Why not just biotin?
Because hair, skin and nails rely on more than one nutrient. Zinc, iodine and vitamins A, C and E each have a role, so we put them together in one daily serving.
Is 5,000 mcg of biotin a lot?
It's well above the daily reference intake, which is common in hair supplements. If you take other supplements, check their labels so you don't double up, and tell your doctor you take biotin before any blood test.
Is there collagen in them?
No. There's no collagen, B12 or selenium. Vitamin C contributes to normal collagen formation for the normal function of skin.
Are they suitable for vegans?
Yes. They're pectin-based, with no gelatin.
Can I take them while pregnant or breastfeeding?
Speak to your doctor or midwife before taking any food supplement while pregnant or breastfeeding.
Where does your information come from?
From our own label and the nutrient claims authorised in the UK and EU. We don't quote studies that weren't run on our product, and we don't present anything as proven when it isn't.
