1. Processing Times

 


All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation of payment.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the following business day.


You will receive an email confirmation with your order details and tracking number once your package has been dispatched.

3. Order Tracking

 


Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number and a link to monitor your delivery in real time.

If you haven’t received tracking information within 3 business days, please contact our support team at support@lumeyr.com.

 


 

 

4. Shipping Address

 


Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete at the time of checkout.

We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.


If your package is returned due to an incorrect address, you may be responsible for additional shipping fees to resend the order.

 


 

 

5. Damaged or Lost Packages

 


If your package arrives damaged, opened, or lost, please contact us immediately at support@lumeyr.com with:

 

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the packaging and product (if applicable)

 


We’ll open an investigation with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

 


 

 

6. Customs, Duties & Taxes

 


For international orders outside the UK, customs duties, import taxes, and local VAT (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.

Lumeyr™ is not liable for delays or fees caused by customs processing.

 


 

 

7. Delivery Issues

 


If tracking shows your order as “Delivered” but you haven’t received it:

 

  1. Double-check your address and surroundings (neighbors, reception, parcel lockers, etc.).

  2. Wait 24–48 hours, as carriers may mark packages as delivered slightly early.

  3. Contact us if the issue persists — we’ll assist you in contacting the courier and resolving the matter.

 

 


 

 

8. Pre-Orders or Backorders

 


If you order a product listed as pre-order or out of stock, shipping will occur as soon as new inventory is available.

You’ll be notified of any delay by email.
